Value is subjective. I think they're worth it. Modern Warfare II is flawed and it definitely needs more 'classic' (as in the original COD format, not as in literal remakes) 6v6 multiplayer maps. But I've already put 200hrs+ into the game and absolutely love the new Resurgence. So for me, buying the $120 Vault Edition was well worth it.

It might get better with time, but it seems more like a shell of a game at the moment. MW still has an active playerbase but surely wont last as long as 2042. However, if you want something you can enjoy TODAY, get MW. Battlefield is in a messy state right now. Your first priority is gunplay.
